Once your order has been submitted successfully, it begins processing immediately and the order will be in the 'Processing' status.
To change or add items to your order, you should cancel the existing order and place a new order. To do so, please contact us immediately. When your order is in the ‘Processing’ status, it may be possible to cancel your order but it's not guaranteed. Once the order moves into the ‘Shipped’ status, the order can not be canceled.
If you need to cancel your order or change the delivery address during ‘Shipped’ status, we can request a shipping carrier to intercept the package before it is delivered or reroute to a new address. However, you are responsible for all additional shipping charges and fees. Please contact us to make any changes or cancel your order before it is delivered.
