Sashimi/Sushi Item Pick-up Service Policy

  • For any anticipated delays in your pick-up, we kindly request that you give our store a call to inform us. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we are happy to hold your item for up to 3 hours after the designated pick-up time.
  • To maintain the highest standards of food safety, please be aware that items not picked up without prior notice to the store will be disposed of. We prioritize the well-being of our customers, and unfortunately, in such cases, refunds or replacements will not be available.
  • You have the flexibility to cancel the item up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date and time. Cancellations cannot be accommodated on the selected pick-up date.
  • Our pickup service is exclusively available for Sashimi and Sushi plate items. If your order includes other items, we will ensure their safe delivery to the shipping address you provided.
